How long does a website delivery usually take?

We cover various services and each takes a different time to be delivered. This time covers analysis, implementation and testing.

For example, a landing page can take from 3 days to a week, according to the complexity of your requirements.

In order to deliver as fast as possible, we initially analyze your project requirements and plan accordingly. Do not worry, we will plan the future steps with you in mind and you will be notified for all the different stages we take your project to.


What is covered in the final delivery?

When we deliver your project you will get your finalized and tested project up and running. Please check what is covered to each service under the services page.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions 24/7/365. We provide one month of support and bug fixing after the delivery date. Our previous customers have used in average 1 week.

When will I get the product/s I have ordered?

We bring you the best products at the best prices and most of our  products are delivered between 2-4 weeks. Please be patient.

Are your products original?

Of course! Our products are new and original from the best manufacturers such as Xiaomi. We do not sell anything that we are not completely sure that is original and will perform as expected. You can not find the product you need at our store?

We welcome everyone to contact us regarding inquiry on a product we have either sold out or is not on our store. We will then prioritize the mostly requested products, find the best vendors and put them in our store! It’s that easy for you. Just contact us!


Returns & Refund

We give refund for products that are faulty or broken on delivery. The customer has to send as a picture of  the item as soon as they receive it. Then they have to ship the product back to us at their own expense before we give them a refund. We do not provide refund for any other reasons.
